Guarantor Form 2022/2023 for Civil Defence

In order to be considered for an appointment with the Civil Defence, an applicant must provide two guarantors who are reliable, trustworthy, and acceptable.

During the NSCDC screening process, you must provide the guarantor form, which must be officially signed by the people whose names are stated below. They need to vouch for your moral integrity and proper conduct.

The Civil Defence Force guarantor form has not yet been downloaded by many candidates, and as a consequence, there has been an increase in searches for the form, rendering the recruiting site unavailable.

Due to this, we have made the decision to provide a free download link for the form. To download your copy, you only need to follow the instructions.

Acceptable Guarantors for Civil Defence

All candidates must download, print, and properly complete this form in order to take part in the screening process. The individuals listed below are expected to complete and sign the NSCDC guarantor form.

The Police Force will not accept personalities other than those listed here. The appropriate guarantors are listed below.

  • Civil Servant not below the rank of Grade Level 12
  • Local Government Chairman
  • Traditional Rulers
  • Heads of Educational Institutions attended
  • Police Officer not below the rank of CSP or Military Officer not below the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
  • Magistrate

Note: Other guarantors who do not have the aforementioned positions will not be accepted by the Civil Defence Force. Additionally, filling out the guarantor form on your own might result in disqualification.

All applicants who filed for the Civil Defence recruitment for the year 2022 must complete the guarantor form. It is one of the records needed for the screening process by the Civil Defence.

A candidate’s name will not appear on the final NSCDC list of selected applicants if he or she neglects to bring the guarantor form with them on the NSCDC screening day.

Civil Defence: How to Download the Guarantor Form 2022/2023

Follow the steps below to get the Civil Defence recruiting guarantor form.

Visit the official recruiting site at nscdc.gov.ng/nscdc-careers/ and fill out the fields with your registration information.

When your profile appears, select “Download Guarantor Form” to download the form to your smartphone. Then you may take it to the local cybercafé and print it out.

As one of the necessary papers for screening, all applicants are expected to have a physical copy of the NSCDC guarantor form that has been properly filled out and signed. You have rejected the offer if you do not produce the guarantor paperwork at the NSCDC physical screening.
